PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Day-to-day management of department and program marketing budgets.Execute program marketing and customer education efforts such as energy efficiency, demand-side management, smart gird, solar and Premier Customer Experience. Coordinate marketing plans and tactics across multiple departments and measure effectiveness of marketing efforts. Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage department and program marketing budgets including invoice tracking, accruals forecasting, reconciliation with ledgers and financial reporting (50%)
• Execute multiple marketing tactics for residential, business and public sectors customers.  Coordinate marketing efforts and manage review of marketing materials with internal stakeholders (30%).
• Develop and manage marketing and customer education plans. (10%)
• Measure effectiveness and reports metrics for marketing efforts. (10%)

JOB SCOPE

Position will work across multiple departments to develop marketing plans, execute tactics, manage marketing plan budgets and measure and report effectiveness.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or other applicable field
• 2-5 years relevant experience or equivalent
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degree
• Overall familiarity with budget management and associated systems and business processes
• Familiarity with electric utility industry
