    The primary purpose of this role is to perform and execute, in partnership with Exelon Utilities and departments across the company, the monthly performance measurement reporting activities in key strategic areas such as organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, customers and key stakeholders’ satisfaction, and financial discipline. The role also supports short-term and long-range business planning activities. 
Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.


    1        Track, maintain and analyze information on the operation’s business scorecard or performance indicators (PI)
    2        Prepare comprehensive and detailed performance reports for both internal and external use
    3        Perform administrative functions over the PI tool including approval of user assignment requests and changes in PI for security purposes, coordination and/or performance of required application testing (as necessary), and training of new PI tool users
    4        Oversee the monthly PI reporting calendar and ensure timely completion of entries by data stewards across all organizations
    5        Support the short-term and long-range business planning process through execution of PI target setting activities and performance of other financial and operational analysis
    6        Identify, develop, implement and/or lead projects that improve operational processes
    7        Liaise with Exelon Utilities and other departments to successfully execute performance measurement activities
    8        Provide broad analytical and operational support to the business.



This is an individual contributor position that works independently with only general direction, relying on knowledge skills and judgment acquired through education and relevant experience to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. The position regularly mentors less experienced colleagues.

Position requires routine interaction with key internal and external stakeholders, executives, directors, managers and staff across the organization.

May require working extended hours and/or shift work to support business operations.



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent degree and 5+ years of professional experience
Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures, and principles of performance analysis (trending, root cause and gap analysis) benchmarking and audit compliance.  Ability to analyze organizational data and complex problems, interpret and recommend alternative courses of action, and implement intervention strategies to attain performance targets.  
Comprehensive understanding of applicable standards, methods, processes and practices, business fundamentals, and performance metrics in the specific functional area supported by this position (e.g., asset management, electric or gas operations, customer service, transmission and substation, distribution system operations, regulatory and external affairs, transmission operations and planning).
Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, Access, PowerPoint) and specialized business technologies and applications (e.g., Asset Suite, Hyperion) to retrieve and analyze data in support of business needs.
Customer driven with good oral and written communications skills and strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.



  • MBA or relevant advanced degree.
